Terms and Conditions for Road Tennis Activity

By registering for or participating in the Road Tennis Activity ("Activity") organized by Mongoose Sports & Entertainment Limited on behalf of Virgin Atlantic Holidays ("Organizer"), you ("Participant") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 10 years old. Minors under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- All participants must be in good physical health. If unsure, please consult a physician before participation.
- Dogs are not permitted in the Activity space and the Organizer takes no responsibility for the welfare or safety of any participant’s dogs.
2. Registration
- All participants must register in advance via the booking form on https://barbadosviabattersea.co.uk and show proof of booking on arrival.
- Registration is only confirmed upon confirmation of acceptance by the booking software.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at their discretion.
3. Safety and Conduct
- Participants must wear appropriate sportswear and non-marking footwear.
- The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who acts inappropriately, poses a risk to others, or fails to follow rules.
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by staff and event organizers.
- Play time will be limited to 15 minutes per game, according to the booking period.
4. Assumption of Risk
- By participating, the Participant acknowledges that Road Tennis involves physical activity that may result in injury.
- The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death.
5. Liability Waiver
- The Organizer, its affiliates, staff, volunteers, and sponsors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Activity.
- Participants agree to hold the Organizer harmless against any and all claims arising from participation.
6. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the activity.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Activity due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered rescheduling at the Organizer's discretion.
7. Photography and Media Release
- Participants consent to the use of their image, voice, and likeness captured during the Activity in photos, videos, or other media for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation.
- Participants agree to have their name or chosen nickname featured on the leaderboard, where eligible.
8. Code of Conduct
- Respect for all participants, staff, and equipment is expected at all times.
- Aggressive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
- Players must return any and all equipment to the Organizer at the end of their game.
9. Personal Belongings
- The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items brought to the Activity.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
By participating in the Road Tennis Activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Yoga Activity

By registering for or participating in the Yoga Activity ("Activity") organized by Mongoose Sports & Entertainment Limited on behalf of Virgin Atlantic Holidays ("Organizer"), you ("Participant") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 16 years old.
- All participants must be in good physical health. If unsure, please consult a physician before participation.
- Dogs are not permitted in the Activity space and the Organizer takes no responsibility for the welfare or safety of any participant’s dogs.
2. Registration
- All participants must register in advance via the booking form on https://barbadosviabattersea.co.uk or via the BPS Resident’s App, and show proof of booking on arrival.
- Registration is only confirmed upon acceptance by the booking software.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at their discretion.
3. Safety and Conduct
- Participants must wear appropriate sportswear and are advised to bring their own water bottle for the class.
- Yoga mats, bricks, and sweat towels will be provided for all participants.
- The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who acts inappropriately, poses a risk to others, or fails to follow rules.
